Many well-known inspirational stories in history have involved travel of one kind or another. This is probably the origin of the phrase “enjoy the journey as well as the destination.” When you’re traveling, it’s necessary to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Once you start your journey, you’re going to come across many fascinating things, whether you’re just taking a trip to a nearby town or traveling across the world to a different country. The idea is to keep your mind open to new influences and absorb them as completely as possible. No journey is ever going to be perfect but if you follow some simple tips, you might end up with many inspirational stories from travel.

In a time where so many people are traveling and experiencing all that life has to offer it is hard for families with special needs child to participate. The lines are so long, the noise level can be through the roof and navigating through the millions of people can be overwhelming. On a recent trip to NYC with my children I was surprisingly delighted by the response I received to “the question” . We traveled over Memorial Day weekend and the first place that we went to visit was The Empire State Building. |
